Reliant CSS is now offering a Lync Lab to the public upon request. We have a virtual environment where you can practice hands on with Microsoft Lync Server 2010. From Installation and initial configuration to management and troubleshooting. You can even practice phone number normalization and routing through our exisitng VoIP system as a virtual PSTN connection. Reliant CCS assisted customers with Disaster Recover planning efforts throughout Hurricane Irene

Nothing can be as innerving as not knowing the path a major storm will take. Once we knew that the storm was targeting the United States Eastern Seaboard, we proactively reached out to each of our coastal customers to offer whatever assistance they may need for their short-term disaster preparedness needs. Our customers asked us to perform the following tasks:
  • 1) Provide an emergency number for messaging their customers during mandatory evacuations.
  • 2) Provide sanity checks for existing disaster recovery plans as additional mind-share talent and tertiary support.
  • 3) Provide hot stand-by equipment should longer term recovery efforts be required.
As always, we stand ready to support our customers. We are available for longer-term planning as well as short term recovery. We are thankful that the Southeastern US was spared major damage and hope that the remainder of the season is equally relatively benign.
