Network Operations Center

  • Reliant CCS operates a Network Operations Center that enables high-value remote management, offering services such as:
  • Move, Add, Change (MAC) support for clients who want the flexibility of our solutions without the expense of maintaining internal staff to manage them.
  • Application state monitoring—so that we know when a component of our clients’ system has encountered a problem before it escalates to a crisis, such as when a Reliant-integrated mainframe system is not responding to requests
  • Network monitoring—We provide RFC-3611 standard monitoring for voice quality issues on Voice over IP networks
  • Client Configuration Mirroring— we maintain a running copy our of clients’ “Reliant” environment, including custom configuration and programming, system-level revisions and patches, and other information to provide a safe testing and development environment, provide quick resolution on support questions, and a failsafe “point in time” offsite backup.
  • Reconstruction and Remediation—we provide remote backups and test-restore services for Reliant solutions.
